Blueprint

I have a few goals for this blog. I have even more for this site. Some personal ones too. Some of them I will not reveal; I will show them instead. However, there are a few which I feel comfortable with sharing:

  1. Consistently have ≥ 4 four posts per week.

  2. Make my reading material public, and rotate materials as necessary.

  3. 300 page views for February + 15% increase in page views each month.

  4. 1 Fitness Post / week

  5. Start Vlog to ACCOMPANY this.

  6. First Sponsorship ($$$) by July 5th

  7. IG 10%/mo follower +

  8. TWT 5%/mo follower +

  9. Business Cards by April 24th

I will follow up with y'all on the success of my dealings.

My parents used to tell me,

A plan to not plan is a plan to fail…

Perhaps young adulthood is understanding how much sense your parents made. Though I must admit, I do not think sense will always change your tax bracket. Nonetheless, when I had the idea of creating this site. I knew it would be a catch all, serving as a portfolio & highlight reel for all of my work. It has missed the mark to my standard. I shortly wondered why, then got to tinkering away. Sometimes it seems like I don't have a plan, it's not that I don't have one, it's just all in my head. NGL they're pretty good. The problem is that they're reticent;

people can't help you if you're unpredictable.

I don't believe in many things. I narrowly believe that writing down goals makes the writer believe in their possibility. However, I wholeheartedly believe it makes it easier to include other people in them. In turn, it makes accomplishing the goal more possible, but I do not believe this is the same thing as, "If you write it down, it's more likely to happen," because the heart of that is self-centered. Grand tasks aren't accomplished by individuals, but they can be orchestrated by an individual. The difference is in the perception.

Principle: Leadership : Maestro

At the performance, the orchestra already knows what the fuck they're doing. They practice for hours together, and there are far more people playing instruments than there is one "leading." Moat of the conductor's actual instruction occurs in the practice room, not even the mainstage. Aside from the threading of instruments, someone needs to coordinate schedules, and put players in the correct position to succeed. This is how I choose to lead:

  • Coach to independence.

  • Inspire to collaborate.

  • Create a membership.

On my next post, I'll reveal an album review of Meek Mill's, "Championships." As for today, I'm going to write down some goals and devise plans. I'm a schemer through & through.
